Ethics and behaviours

The party is independent  and  has no alignment with other political parties ; nor is it a cadre of right wing backwoodsmen looking to turn the clock back.

The party  subscribes to initiatives that will serve to correct behaviour exhibiting ethnic, gender or religious hatred or enmity as an authentic remedy v an all embracing elastoplast restraining freedom of expression at any cost, while not addressing the hatred or enmity within

Everyone is born equal, but different , which serves to  enrich society and human experience , One size fits all isn’t an authentic stance , other than offering opportunity to everyone.  Equality advocates, within a just cause, are to take this into account, via recognising these differences in progressing their agendas and accommodating informed freedom of expression discussion

Societal behaviours  have increasingly exhibited tolerance and understanding . This represents progress, but needs to be a two way broadcast,  with a recognition of the right to freedom of expression  aligned with tolerating but not necessarily approving of societal behaviours.  In a democratic society, devout Christians are as entitled to the freedom to express their views and convictions on  issues of religious, ethnic and gender diversity equally with the advocates of those agendas

Freedom of expression is  occasionally accompanied by the right to cause offence,  with  the response not to overprescribe  freedom of expression  but to entertain ., counter or engage with the instigator of the  offence.  Salman Rushdie champions  it  “Nobody has the right not to be offended. That right does not exist in any Declaration I have ever read. ”

The endgame for freedom of expression resides in its exercise to enfranchise the opinions of all,, function as a conduit for the airing of views v suppressing within and to operate as a thermostat for the health and wellbeing of society   ” Those who make conversations impossible , make escalation inevitable”.  Stefan Molyneux
